With over 18 years of experience in real estate, Sharon specializes in land acquisitions, luxury residential properties, property management, and lending. Recently, Sharon completed the high-end mixed-use condominium project Ave151. In 2002, Sharon established Toronto’s leading property management firm, managing ~$600M in assets and providing top-tier services to investors from 30+ countries. Sharon has also assisted top condo developers during occupancy stages and has served on various condominium boards, making him a well-versed expert in the condominium development community.
With over 15 years of real estate experience, Jon has been an entrepreneur and head of acquisitions for a major builder/developer in the province before joining Dash. He has expertise in sourcing, underwriting, deal structuring, and envisioning high-rise and low-rise developments and joint ventures throughout Toronto and the GTA. Jon has also served on boards for various institutions and non-profits in sectors such as the arts, business development, affordable housing, and academia.
Yonatan is a CPA and earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University and has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Prior to joining Dash, Yonatan was a CFO both for a real estate group, specializing in residential projects, and for an infrastructure company. He has extensive experience executing project finance fundraising and managing finance and accounting teams. Jane is a CPA and has served as a Project Accountant with the company since 2018. In her role, she manages the full monthly accounting cycle, helping to deliver accurate financial reporting and maintain efficient, well-structured accounting processes. Her expertise includes cash flow management, account reconciliations, and comprehensive financial support for real estate development and construction projects. Prior to joining the company, Jane began her career in the Risk Advisory practice at Deloitte, where she developed a strong foundation in financial controls, risk assessment, and audit support.
